We only ask for the information needed to prepare, deliver and support your order.
What we collect
Name, email, phone, your meals, kitchen notes and—for delivery—your address. Guest contact details are supplied by the customer, not a verified identity account.
How it is used
To process payment, prepare and fulfil your order, send your receipt and help with enquiries. Card details are entered on the selected payment provider’s hosted checkout, not stored by this website. Transactional receipts are sent using our email provider.
Your private order link
Anyone with your unique link can view that order. Do not share it publicly. There is no order lookup by email or phone alone.
Your food wishes
Food suggestions, optional first names, notes and uploaded photos are saved for our kitchen team to review. Your first name and notes are not shown publicly. Only dish names, photos and display descriptions selected by an administrator appear on the inspiration board. You should only upload photos you have permission to share, without personal or sensitive information. Contact the store with your submission reference if you want a suggestion removed.
Contact and requests
Our privacy contact and final retention policy will be published before ordering opens. Order records may need to be retained for business and legal recordkeeping. Marketing consent is not included in checkout.
